ASTANA: Record linseed crop in Kazakhstan in season 2014/15, along with decrease of exports by 5% has led to formation of high carryover stocks at the end of season. Therefore, season 2015/16 started with this crop record volume of exports – agricultural producers and traders are selling the remains, freeing silo for the new crop.
Summarizing the results of September 2015, linseed export from Kazakhstan has reached 12.2 KMT. More than 80% of exports went to EU countries, and deliveries had been carried out to Iran and Uzbekistan.
According to UkrAgroConsult, in October and November the trend of crown linseed exports increase from Kazakhstan may continue.
