KCCI asks SBP to extend date for import on open account basis

KARACHI: President Karachi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI) Mussafar Ata Malik has urged State Bank of Pakistan Governor Tariq Bajwa to extend the date of circular regarding import on open account basis.

In a letter addressed to Governor State Bank he stated KCCI’s member firms have approached KCCI and informed that their consignments have been stuck up due to restrictions imposed by the circular which has created panic.
