PESHAWAR: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Pervez Khattak has formally launched the first-ever KP Industrial Policy 2016 that envisaged enormous financial concessions, attractive investment incentives, infrastructural and services facilities as well as measures for equipping manpower with the required skills to promote trade and industries.

According to an official handout, speaking as chief guest at opening ceremony of the policy, held at Islamabad on Wednesday, Chief Minister Pervez Khattak announced that present KP government has also waived off the condition of NOC (No Objection Certificate) for establishing industries in the province as it was identified as one of major hurdles for the investors who were interested in setting up industries.
