ISLAMABAD: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has spent more than Rs 577 million on solarization of tube wells in the province.
A spokesman of Agriculture Department told Radio Pakistan that the provincial government has installed four hundred and twenty-eight solar tube wells.
These solar tube wells are irrigating more than twenty six thousand acres of land in different areas of the province,sources added.
