KSE cheers up as 100-index crosses 35,000 mark by adding 343pts till midday

KARACHI: The Karachi Stock Exchange Thursday witnessed another bullish day as KSE-100 index crossed 35000 mark by adding 342.95 points to reach 35186.56 points level till midday.

The stock recorded highest trading level at 35236.34 points and lowest level at 34843.60 points, with the total volume of 172,031,570 shares, having Rs13,250,648,202 value.

On Wednesday, the KSE benchmark 100-index gained 444.74 points or 1.29 percent to reach 34843.60 points. Total volume traded in the market was 376,300,610 shares with 346 total traded companies out of which 240 were up 92 were down and 14 were unchanged.
