KSE maintains upward rally; 100-index adds 327pts to take tally to 32576

KARACHI: The Karachi Stock Exchange benchmark 100-index Thursday maintained the bullish trend and added 326.80 points to 32575.66 points till midday.

The stock market recorded highest level of 32618.94 points and lowest level of 32248.86 points with total volume of 130,102,520 shares, having Rs7,732,184,495 value.

The three top traded companies were K-Electric Ltd with a volume of 19,066,000 and price per share of 7.49 (0.07), Byco Petroleum with a volume 14,048,000 of price per share of 11.20 (0.48), B.O.Punjab with a volume 13,386,000 of price per share of 8.55 (0.38).

The top three decliners were Rafhan Maize XD with price per share of 9320.00 (-380.00), Nestle PakXD with price per share of 9990.00 (-110.00) and Siemens Pak. per share of 1145.00 (-12.40).

Earlier, the benchmark 100-index started with a bullish mood and gained 225.78 points to reach 32474.64 points, with the total volume of 21,659,150 shares.
