KARACHI: The Karachi Stock Exchange brought another good day for investors as benchmark KSE-100 index up by 0.33 per cent, after gaining 111.21 points and reached 33567.95 level on Friday.
Thursday witnessed a roller coaster ride of index at the stock market as the KSE closed down by 33.91 points, or 0.10 per cent, at 33,456.74 after taking a good start.
The index started on a positive note with the buyers carrying it up to intra-day high by 222 points. Yet later in the day, investors decided to take profit which pulled down the index to a steep plunge by 91 points, though it bounced back and showed a bit of recovery.
