KARACHI: The Karachi Stock Exchange Friday maintained buoyant mood as benchmark KSE 100-index added 178 points or 0.54 per cent to take tally to 32914.46 points till midday.
The country’s biggest stock market recorded maximum trading level of 32957 points and minimum level of 32707 points, with total volume of 124,326,870 shares, having value of Rs6,384,020,808.
The three top traded companies were K-Electric Ltd. with a volume of 29,821,500 and price per share of 8.00 (0.03), TRG Pak Ltd with a volume 15,643,000 of price per share of 21.60 (0.82), Fauji Cement XD with a volume 10,874,500 of price per share of 32.15 (0.93).
Earlier, the Karachi Stock Exchange witnessed another bullish opening as the benchmark 100-index up by 0.33 per cent, gaining 109.53 points to reach 32845.97 points, with total volume of 40,177,000 shares.
