KARACHI: The Karachi Tax Bar Association (KTBA) strongly condemned the banned terrorists outfit Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) for killing 140 people, including 130 schoolchildren in Peshawar on Tuesday.
A meeting was chaired by KTBA President Syed Wasim Hashmi in this regard. Committee members and former bar presidents were also present.
During the meeting, the KTBA demanded that the government take measures to protect the life and property of citizens. The bar urged the government to make special security arrangements for schoolchildren.
The KTBA members also prayed for the departed souls and also expressed their condolences to the grieving families.
