KUWAIT CITY: In what security sources describe as the biggest ‘bust’ operation in Kuwait, officers from Farwaniya Security Command raided an apartment in Andalous area, caught four Asians manufacturing liquor and seized 247 bottles of readymade alcohol, 214 barrels and tools for brewing the contraband.
A security source said the officers acted on a tip off, and after conducting necessary surveillance to determine the veracity of information, they raided the apartment and arrested the four Asians for manufacturing liquor. The four suspects with the confiscated items were referred to concerned authorities for necessary legal measures.
