KUWAIT CITY: Kuwait Customs officers have seized prohibited items and nabbed a Filipino housemaid who carried all this items at Kuwait airport here the other day.
A Filipino housemaid who tried to enter the country with expired cream, pills for reducing weight which contained banned substances, lotions for skin whitening, and other beauty products. Security sources said the housemaid aroused suspicion of Customs officers at the airport as she became jittery while approaching the counter, and they discovered the items after checking her luggage. She was referred to the relevant authority for necessary action.
