KUWAIT CITY: A Nepali expatriate smuggler was arrested at Mahboula area in possession of 30 sachets of heroin drug. According to security sources, Ahmadi securitymen were patrolling Mahboula area when they noticed an individual standing in front of a building and holding a blue cloth.
They checked his Civil ID and discovered he is a Nepali expatriate. When they asked him about the cloth in his hand, he said he was cleaning the vehicle with it. However, securitymen checked the cloth to find 30 sachets of heroin wrapped inside it.
