KUWAIT CITY: a Kuwaiti man and a female compatriot were arrested in Jabriya for the possession of an undisclosed quantity of shabu and hashish, sources said here the other day.
While patrolling the area, securitymen noticed the erratic movement of a vehicle. They signaled for the driver to pull over for routine inspection which resulted in the discovery of the drugs.
