KUWAIT CITY: Four citizens were arrested by Farwaniya securitymen for the possession of narcotics and 12 bottles of smuggled liquor. The suspects were in an abnormal state during arrest.
Security sources said officers on patrol in Omariya area spotted a vehicle which was moving in an erratic manner, and they waved the driver down for questioning. It was then the officers discovered that all four people inside the car were not in normal condition.
Sources said the fourth was not carrying personal identification documents and the officers found narcotics on him during inspection, with 12 bottles of imported liquor in the car. All suspects with the contraband were referred to concerned authorities for necessary action.
