Lahore Customs Court hears proceedings of 17 important cases

LAHORE: The Special Court of the Customs Taxation and Anti-Smuggling heard proceedings of 17 important cases on Friday and adjourned most of the cases’ hearings till next dates.

About 17 cases of different types, including pre-arrest bail pleas filed by accused, were scheduled for the day. The court adjourned the hearing of bail pleas of Azhar Mehmood, Shafqat Ali and Shahbaz until next hearings.

A case of Tariq Kazmi, allegedly involved in mobile smuggling, was also scheduled for the hearing.
