Lahore Stocks drop 64.78 points

LAHORE: Lahore Stock Exchange on Wednesday dropped 64.78 points. Out of the total 84 active scrips, 13 moved up, 10 shed values and 61 remained equal as the LSE Index-25 opened with 5479.17 points and closed at 5414.39 points.

The major gainers of the day include Din Textile Mills Limited, Cherat Cement Company Limited and Avanceon Limited by recording increase in their per share value by Rs 4.08, Rs 3.42 and Rs 1.40, respectively.

Pakistan Petroleum Limited, Lafarge Pakistan Cement and K-Electric Limited lost their per share value by Rs 1.83, Re 0.30 and Re 0.29 respectively.

Top three Volume Leaders of the day included Lafarge Pakistan Cement with 427,000 shares, K-Electric Limited with 353,500 shares and Fauji Cement Company Limited with 210,500 shares.
