The limited edition Aventador LP 700-4 Pirelli Edition comes in both roadster and coupe styles but both will be built in limited numbers. The mechanical spec remains the same as other Aventadors with a 6.5 litre V12 engine that has a top speed of 217mph and can go from 0-62mph in less than three seconds.

But the designers have made changes to the interior and exterior look of this luxury motor. Outside, the buyer can choose matte black and a glossy colour finish or glossy black and a matte finish. A thin red stripe runs along the roof of the car and there is also a Pirelli logo painted in red. Customers opting for a red colour scheme will see these details in yellow, Motor Authority reported.

Inside, the same colour scheme chosen for the exterior is echoed with black Alcantara and contrast stitching in the same shade as the outer bodywork. In addition, the stripe is repeated inside and there are embroidered Pirelli and Lamborghini crests on the ceiling and seats.

Lamborghini is now taking orders for the Aventador LP 700-4 Pirelli Edition, with the first models expected to be delivered in the summer. The Italian supercar maker is also reportedly planning a new model for the market, although details have not yet been unveiled.
