Land Freight Unit Wahga to remain closed during Eid days

LAHORE: The Model Customs Collectorate Lahore Land Freight Unit Wahga will remain closed from September 24th to 27th September on account of Eidul Azha.

As per details, the trade activities between Pakistan and India via Wahga border will also remain suspended. The customs authorities have already informed their Indian counterparts in this regard.

Wahga border is the only land route for trade between Pakistan and India. The border route is used for trade of fresh items like vegetables, fruits and other goods like glass, cement and oil seeds. After Eidul Azha holidays, trade activities will resume as per routine.
