Terming GIDC unfair and unethical, he warned that the business community across the country would resist any attempt to pass the controversial GIDC Bill 2015.

Yakoob said that the former government had passed GIDC, which was challenged in various courts whereas all chambers across the country also rejected the revision of GIDC last year, but the government promulgated an ordinance on 25 September 2014 with the objective of over-riding the stay granted by high courts.
