ISLAMABAD: In view of the last quarter of the financial year 2015-16, Federal Board of Revenue has decided to ban transfers/postings of its officers/officials in the field formations.
According to the Board’s notification, issued on Wednesday, the transfers/postings will remain banned till June 30, 2016. However, in case of hardship or extreme necessity, the head of concerned organisation may seek the Board’s approval for transfer/adjustment, the notification added.
The FBR collected Rs 2,103 billion during the first nine months (July-March) of ongoing fiscal year 2015-16 with a 20 per cent growth.
