MADRID: The Spanish company COCO WILSON has launched the only 100%, bottled, fresh organic coconut water on the market, produced from the exclusive Nam-Hom variety. This certified organic beverage, presented in a 240 ml format, is characterised by a unique, sweet and floral flavour and has the unparalleled health properties of coconuts, grown in the Thai region of Ratcchaburi.
The firm, founded in 2017, has Gerard Piqué, Carles Puyol, NOEL ALIMENTARIA and YANGON BARCELONA among its shareholders. The latter is a company created by Fran Gómez and Alfonso López-Rodó in 2014, devoted to the export and import of fresh organic coconuts and derivatives. The company expects the turnover from all the products under the European brand COCO WILSON to reach 1 million Euro in 2018.
