Mian Tariq Misbah the president, LCCI took this important decision during the first EC committee meeting of LCCI.

LCCI is one of the biggest chambers having over 28, 000 members belonging to all segments of the economy.

The city of Lahore is a densely populated city which according to some estimate its population will cross mark of 15 million people in few years in the coming days.

Though the city is contributing a big chunk to the national economy  but it has run an acute shortage of infrastructure especially parking plazas besides encroachment throughout the city has added insult to the injury.

LCCI has very wisely taken up the issue in time by forming and assigning the Committee on parking plazas and encroachments to very visionary and selfless business leader, Khadim Hussain which is being widely lauded by all and sundry.

It is hoped that the committee will do the needful to tackle the issue of lack of parking plazas an encroachment.
