LDA auctions 10 plots worth Rs 53.9 million

LAHORE: The Lahore Development Authority auctioned 10 plots against a sum of Rs 53.9 million. The five plots were residential.
According to the details, five residential plots of Venus Housing Scheme, Ferozepur Road, were auctioned against Rs 40.74 million. Three commercial plots of Sabazazar Scheme were sold at Rs 7.35 million while two plots of Model Town Extension Scheme were auctioned at Rs. 5.87 million during the proceedings.
An open auction was held at the LDA Community Centre, New Muslim Town. A total of 26 bidders participated in the bidding by depositing earnest money for their desired plots. Tough competition was observed on the occasion as competitors enthusiastically offered their bids.
