NEW DELHI: At its second flash sale, Lenovo sold 30,000 units of the K3 Note black version in 3.9 seconds and 19,800 units of the white variant in 4.3 seconds. The black and white variants were up for grabs at 12 noon and 3PM respectively. Lenovo says it received 4, 61,863 registrations for the second flash sale. The registrations for the next week sale start today at 6PM. Lenovo K3 Note black version will be open for sale at 12 noon and White version at 3PM on 22 July, 2015.
The Lenovo K3 Note smartphone was sold out in a matter of seconds after the first flash sale which took place on Flipkart. The company had announced via Twitter that the Lenovo K3 Note will go on sale again on July 15. The phone will be available today at Rs 9,999.
The black colour variant for the Lenovo K3 Note will go on sale at 12PM while the white color variant will be available at 3PM. Registrations for the sale are now open and prospective buyers can go ahead and register here. Yesterday, Lenovo received an overwhelming response for its K3 Note’s first flash sale as all the 47, 440 units were sold out in a record 5.2 seconds.
The Lenovo K3 Note sports a 5.5-inch Full HD display with 1080 x 1920 pixels of resolution, with a pixel density that goes up to 401ppi. The device supports 4G and runs Android 5.0 Lollipop with a layer of its own Vibe UI. The device measures 152.6 x 76.2 x 7.99mm and weighs 150gms.
Under the hood, it comes powered by a 64-bit 1.7GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6572 processor coupled with 2GB of RAM. It comes with specifications that are almost identical to the recently launched Meizu m1 note. On the camera front, the K3 Note comes with a 13-megapixel rear snapper with dual-LED flash and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. The 16GB onboard storage is expandable up to 32GB via microSD card. The connectivity options include 4G (TD-LTE/ LTE), Wi-Fi, GPS/ A-GPS and Bluetooth. A 3000mAh battery completes the package.
