DETROIT: Lexus on ice one surprise for us after spilling the beans about the GS F before the North American International Auto Show. Toyota’s luxury brand will be going racing in Europe followed by a series in the United States in 2016.
Details on the car are scarce the GT3 competitor is likely built very similarly to the company’s JGTC GT500 racer doing laps in Japan. It will conform to FIA GT3 rules for international competition.
The RC F GT3 will likely compete in the Pirelli World Challenge but no announcement was made.
