LAHORE: The Lahore High Court (LHC) has ordered to compile all petitions filed against M/s Haseeb Waqas Sugar Mills. The LHC also seeks the copy of order earlier passed by the court regarding payments to farmers in which the court order the management of Haseeb Waqas Sugar Mills owned by the Sharif family for the payment of sugarcane prices to the farmers.

Justice Aisha A Malik heard the arguments in which the complainants said that he sold sugarcane to Haseeb Waqas Sugar Mills in 2014 but the sugar mill management failed to pay the price. The appellant further prayed the court to direct the management of Haseeb Waqas Sugar Mills to clear the outstanding dues of farmers at the earliest.
