Arguing more the promoter’s counsel told to court that after registration of promoters federal government gives remuneration and at the time of payment government deducted the tax from remuneration.

Counsel stated that on the payment of one tax not any other tax can be collected from promoters so court may declared the notification of sales tax as null and void.

After hearing arguments from appellant side, Lahore High Court has issued stay order in the case and ordered to combine all such type of appeals by the many complainants. The same case will be heard on next date fixed by the court.
