Rawalpindi: LHC notifies transfer of Customs and Taxation Judge Mumtaz Husain

LAHORE: The Lahore High Court (LHC) has issued a notification for the transfer of Mumtaz Husain, Judge Special Court of Customs Taxation and Anti-Smuggling from Rawalpindi to Faisalabad.

As per details Mumtaz Husain has been transferred to Faisalabad on the disposal of Federal government as Judge of Banking Court No I Faisalabad. Mumtaz Husain was working as Judge in Federal Court of Customs Taxation and Anti- Smuggling for the last one year.  Now after the clearance from Federal government, Lahore High Court of Lahore issued notification of his transfer.
