ISLAMABAD: The Rawalpindi Bench of Lahore High Court postponed bail pleas of arrested accused of TCS and Smart Zone smuggling case.
Justice Shehzad Malik heard the smuggling case on Wednesday. Renowned counsel Aitzaz Ahsan appeared on behalf of Smart Zone CEO Shakirullah. Ameen Feroz appeared on behalf of Customs Intelligence and Investigation Deputy Director Shahid Jaan. The court reserved the verdict after ordering the Customs Intelligence officials to produce detailed documents after reviewing evidence. The next hearing is on December 4.
