LAHORE: Lahore High Court (LHC) heard the appeal on request against notice of tax collection to Shaukat Khanam Hospital. In appeal the complainant was Challenged notice sent to Shaukat Khanam Hospital tax notice.
According to the details, Justice Aisha A Malik of Lahore High Court heard the petition filed by Dr. Faisal Sultan against the Federal Government and Commissioner Inland Revenue (CIR).
The counsel for appellant argued that under the law, the trust-based institution already declared tax exempted by the government. Despite the tax exemption, the FBR has been sent to tax notice to the hospital.
