LHC rejects tax notices to Shaukat Khanam Hospital

LAHORE: Lahore High Court (LHC) heard the appeal on request against notice of tax collection to Shaukat Khanam Hospital. In appeal the complainant was Challenged notice sent to Shaukat Khanam Hospital tax notice.

According to the details, Justice Aisha A Malik of Lahore High Court heard the petition filed by Dr. Faisal Sultan against the Federal Government and Commissioner Inland Revenue (CIR).
