LHC seeks FBR’s reply in Panama Leaks case

LAHORE: Lahore High Court (LHC) seeks reply from Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), prosecutor general of Punjab, Election Commission of Pakistan and NAB in Panama Leaks case.

According to the details, Justice Waqas Rauf Mirza heard the case in which the counsel for the appellant argued before the court that Prime Minister Mian Nawaz Sharif and some others as per Panama Leaks allegedly concealed billions of rupees.

After hearing the arguments, the court remarked that institutions need to work under the Constitution of Pakistan. The court also issued notice to FBR, ECP and also sought explanation from NAB Prosecutor General Waqas Qadeer Dar till five October.
