DUBLIN: LinkedIn, the social network for business people and professionals, is to fill a further 100 jobs in Ireland.
The company revealed today that it currently employs 900 people in Ireland, an increase of 300 in the last year.
Last year, the firm announced it was beginning the construction of a new 17,500-square-metre building at Wilton Terrace in Dublin city centre for its international headquarters, which would enable it to double its workforce in the future.
Work has now begun on that building and it is due for completion in 2017, with 700 temporary construction jobs created as a result.
