Atiqa Odho was caught with bottles of wine at the Benazir International Airport of Islamabad in 2011 while she was flying to Karachi. Former Supreme Court Chief Justice Iftikhar Chaudhry had taken notice of the matter.

Reportedly, two bottles of wine were recovered by custom officials from the bags belonging to the actress. The ex-CJ had ordered then Punjab IG, ASF Director General and FBR Chairman to take action against the matter.

The capital police had consequently registered a case against Atiqa Odho over the recovery of liquor.
