WASHINGTON: People can register for a free 90-minute, behind-the-scenes, narrated Port of Long Beach tour on April 3. The port will provide the registration during a monthly 12-hour window for harbor tours from May through September via computer or mobile device. Winners will be chosen via random drawing and notified within 48 hours. The first registration — for May tours — will be from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday, April 3. Subsequent months will be the first Monday of the month prior to tour dates.Tours are scheduled at 10 a.m. for the first and third Saturdays of each month, and at 7 p.m. on the second and fourth Thursdays.
