No doubt the Pakistani businessmen are convincing the world by exporting sports goods, surgical equipment and textile products. Though the European Union’s awarding of GPS Plus status has not been fully utilized, the Pakistani textiles has shown a record increase of $1 billion to its exports.
Pakistan is an industrial country with agricultural background with God gifted four seasons and fertile lands. The country has made tremendous progress in introducing new verities of various yields such as rice and fruit yields. The land is full of natural resources such as coal, iron and gold and more over shale gas. The country has one of the best irrigation systems in the world. However, terrorism and energy crisis have sent the country many decades back. Though the government is trying its best to overcome energy crisis and has launched various ambitious projects, but it will take time to banish the monster of load shedding from the country.

The Pakistani army is sending strong message to terrorists that enough is enough and they should be ready to reap what they have sowed. The prime minister is boasting of turning over the Pakistani exports to over $25 billion, but this is just peanuts in the world trade. There is still a long way to go.
