LSE ends in black

LAHORE: The Lahore Stock Exchange 25-Index witnessed bearish trend on Tuesday and lost 21.99 points to reach 5287.96 points and volume of 1,454,200 shares.

About 101 companies took part in today’s trading session, 22 of which witnessed increase in share value and 15 companies lost their share value. The highest increase witnessed in price of the Pakistan State Oil Company Limited with Rs 5.53 increase in its share value. Other advancers include Dewan Farooq Motors Limited with 227,000 shares, K-Electric Limited with 185,000 shares, while the Treat Corporation Limited remained the biggest losers of the day with decrease in share value Rs 3.28.
