LTBA urges FBR to improve system instead of transfers posting

LAHORE: Lahore Tax Bar Association (LTBA) has urged that due to complications in Integrated Risk Management system (IRIS) 60 percent less tax returns has submitted. LTBA added more Federal Board of Revnue (FBR) could improve the system instead of transfer posting of the officers, Bar Association added that FBR should appoint technical beaurocrate as head of PRAL.

Secretary General Lahore tax bar association Qamar uz Zaman told that if FBR does not improve the system then short fall can increase in trillions. The online tax filing system of FBR has failed and FBR should invite tax bar and other all stake holders in decision making regarding tax.
