RAWALPINDI – The PIA employees observed a strike to put pressure on the government to take back a decision to impose a tax on their free tickets while hundreds of passengers faced with problems due to the strike at the Benazir Bhutto International Airport.

When PK-368 coming from Karachi landed at the airport at 12.40pm, the PIA’s ground staff refused to attach gangway to the plane and offloaded the passengers’ luggage.
