BIEJING: Danish shipping company Maersk Line has appointed Silvia Ding as head of Maersk Line South China in Hong Kong, who will take charge from November 1.
Ms Silvia Ding said that it is an honour for him to have this opportunity to lead Maersk Line South China.
“South China is a key market for Maersk Line’s global business which will continue to provide many opportunities to grow partnerships with our current and potential customers in the region,” she said.
Ms Ding is a Chinese national, a graduate of Guangdong University of foreign studies with a bachelor degree in British-American literature.
