Mahbooba Razzaq assumes charge as Chief Commissioner-IR

ISLAMABAD: Mahbooba Razzaq, a BS-21 officer of Inland Revenue Service, Tuesday assumed the charge as Chief Commissioner-IR.

The officer, pursuing the Board’s Notification No. 1906-IR-I/2017, dated 15.07.2017, relinquished the charge of the post of Director General, (WHT), Federal Board of Revenue (HQ), Islamabad with effect from July 18, 2017 and took the charge of the post of Chief Commissioner-IR, Regional Tax Office, Rawalpindi on the same date.

Mahbooba, as BS-20 officer, relinquished the charge of the post of Chief (Withholding), Federal Board of Revenue (HQ), Islamabad on February 6, 2017 and assumed the charge of the post of Director General (OPS) (Withholding) at FBR (HQ), Islamabad on the same date.

She, being BS-19 officer, took the charge as Director (OPS) Directorate General of Withholding Taxes, FBR (HQ), Islamabad on October 27, 2011 after relinquishing the charge as Commissioner Inland Revenue (OPS) (Zone-III), Regional Tax Office, Rawalpindi on the same date.
