Malik Meer Muhammad assumes charge as Special Judge Customs Court Lahore

LAHORE: The Lahore High Court (LHC) has issued a notification of appointment of new Customs Judge in Special Federal Court of Customs Taxation and Anti -Smuggling Lahore.

On Thursday, Malik Meer Muhammad Khan took charge as Special Judge and heard some cases as well. It is essential to mention here, that he is the third judge in Customs Court in just 7 months.

Earlier, the LHC had transferred Special Judge of Customs and Taxation Court Lahore, Nazeer Ahmed Gujana, to Nankana Sahib as sessions judge.

Customs Today reported last week that notification of appointment of the new Judge of Customs Court will be issued soon.
