TAIPEI: In Aon Hewitt’s annual “Best Employers – Taiwan 2015” list, Manulife Asset Management (Taiwan) has been named “Best Employer Taiwan 2015” and “Best Employer – Woman”.

The award was presented by Aon Hewitt, a global talent, retirement and health solutions firm, at an Awards Ceremony & Learning Conference held in Taipei. The selection process, which includes employee opinion surveys, CEO questionnaires and interviews and a “People Practices Inventory” questionnaire on HR processes, evaluates firms based on four key themes Aon Hewitt considers critical for today’s HR agenda: “high employee engagement”, “a compelling employer brand”, “effective leadership” and a “high performance culture.”
