ISLAMABAD: Model Customs Collectorate Additional Collector Adjudication M.M Amir has released five import supply items out of 11 after getting evidences but fined 20 percent on the appraisal value of the remaining six items. The offending vehicles have been released after receiving fine of Rs 100 thousand. The decision has been given by M.M Amir after authentication of data from PRAL according to which peanuts, Doubled Coin Brand Tyres, Masics Brands Tyres, Terpinol Mu in Sheet Drums and Cssumins Brand tyres Drums have been imported legally while the other items including Digrity Sheet, Diesal Engine oil, Sweetened Milk polac, Adhasive Plaster and instant yeast were imported illegally. Therefore, according to order-in-original, it has been decided to deliver the items to the owners after payment of fine.
