KARACHI: The Model Customs Collectorate (MCC) of Appraisement-West has issued directives of suspension for Principal Appraiser Abdul Shakoor Sheikh, Upper Division Clerks Muhammad Saeed and Zafar Imam and placed two sepoys Muhammad Yaseen and Fawwad Saad off-duty with immediate effect.
As per details, Abdul Shakoor Sheikh, has allegedly failed to maintain discipline in FTA Cell. The MCC Appraisement-West has received complaints regarding misbehavior and demand of illegal gratification against FTA staff under Principal Appraiser. During investigations, Mr Shakoor failed defend himself against these complaints, which compelled the Pakistan Customs authorities to place Abdul Shakoor Sheikh off-duty with immediate effect.
Similarly, the authorities have also suspended two UDCs namely Muhammad Saeed and Zafar Imam in their involvement in the same charges mentioned above.
The MCC Appraisement-West through Officer Order No107/2014 has placed two sepoys Muhammad Yaseen and Fawwad Saad off-duty with immediate effect.
Furthermore, in continuation of Office Order No.112/2014-ESTT (AW) it has also stopped the performance allowance, equal to the salary, of the following officials.
