MULTAN: The Model Customs Collectorate Multan has collected Rs 745.455 million in the month January during fiscal year 2014-15.The total customs duty collected by the Collectorate in the first seven months of the fiscal year 2014-15 is Rs 6899.418 million.
The sales tax collection was Rs 2303.353 million in the opening seven months of the current fiscal year whereas the total revenue collected through the sales tax was Rs 13548.896 million.
The federal excise duty was worth Rs 6.742 million while the net collection of federal excise duty in the primary seven months of the fiscal year was Rs129.204 million at the end of February.
