MCCI team to visit EU countries & Russia to explore new markets

MULTAN: A trade delegation of Multan Chamber of Commerce & Industry (MCCI) will visit to European Union countries and Russia to explore new market for Pakistani products.

Presiding over a meeting of Trade Delegation Committee  convener Syed Iftikhar Ali Shah expressed the hope that locally manufactured products would surely attract the foreign buyers. Syed Iftikhar Shah said that government should fix a target of exports for each foreign mission.

He said that our commercial counselors, trade attaches should collect market information to facilitate the Pakistani exporters. He called upon the manufacturers to avoid to export raw material instead , they should export value added items to earn maximum foreign exchange. Assistant Manager Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP) Rashid Gilani assured every possible cooperation with local manufacturers  and exporters. He also assured to provide details of trade festivals, exhibitions, exhibition to be held in the world.
