ASO staff asked the accused person named Ghulam Sarwar son of Muhammad Din to produce any documentary evidence showing the legal import and lawful possessions of the tiles. But he could not produce any documents relating to its legal import and lawful possession; therefore customs confiscated the tiles and also impounded the truck after finding non-duty paid.

After considerable passage of time no one appeared before the seizing agency to claim ownership of seized ceramics tiles, as well as no proof of its legal import and lawful possession was produced after that the case has been forwarded to adjudication for further action.
