WASHINGTON: Microsoft Corp’s Windows 10 mobile OS will support about 36 Lumia handsets as before it was said that Windows 10 will only compensate a few Lumia devices.
Initially, it seemed as if the Windows 10 mobile OS would only be available on a limited scale with the Lumia flagships expected to be one of the only few models guaranteeing integration, but Microsoft’s most recent revelation clears up a considerable amount of apprehension regarding the to-be released OS. The company has revealed over 36 models that are expected to be included in the next round of production, in addition to the integration with many models, including a dual sim counterpart that will possess the same Windows 10 functionality.
The continuously amassing hype behind Microsoft Corp’s Windows 10 has yet another reason to keep growing. The highly anticipated OS, both for mobile and PC, is expected to compensate consumers for the Redmond, Washington based company’s market failure, Windows 8. As the listed devices have not been guaranteed integration with Windows 10, Microsoft’s decision to support the various builds will stem from Windows 10 functionality and fluidity. Should Microsoft decide to approach Google Inc’s Android developers to boost the Windows Store offerings, the market demand and potential for the company’s products could potentially skyrocket.
