Minister distributes offer letters to 27 ETOs

KARACHI: Sindh Minister for Excise and Taxation and Narcotics Control Mukesh Kumar Chawla distributed offer letters to 27 Excise and Taxation Officers (ETOs) who have passed Sindh Public Service Commission Exams here at his office on Tuesday.

Speaking on the occasion he said that it is a prime duty of government officers to perform their duties honestly and they should have capability to work under pressure and not to bow before any illegal demands, said a statement.

On this occasion Secretary Excise and Taxation Dr. Mansoor Abbas Rizvi and Director General Shoaib Ahmed Siddiqui were also present. He said that he was really happy to see young and talented officers who had qualified SPSC Exams and to see a girl among them was also a pleasant surprise and it showed that girls were second to none in any field.

The Minister stressed upon the newly recruited officers to come upto the expectations of their superiors and work harder to benefit the government and the masses as well.

Mukesh Kumar Chawla, Secretary E&T Dr. Mansoor Abbas Rizvi and DG E&T Shoaib Ahmed Siddiqui congratulated newly appointed officers and expressed their best wishes for them.
