ISLAMABAD: The Federal Board of Revenue has converted minor penalty of “withholding of promotion till September 18, 2017” imposed on Syed Javed Ahsan, a BS-17 officer of Pakistan Customs Service, into another minor penalty of “withholding of two annual increments (without cumulative effect)”.
The Member (Admn) converted the penalty of Syed Javed, presently posted as Principal Appraiser at Model Customs Collectorate of Appraisement-West, Karachi, on a departmental appeal filed by the officer.
